The Crystal Palace manager's success should see him linked with bigger jobs, according to the club's chairman

Pardew can reach the top - Parish
Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish believes manager Alan Pardew should be linked with football's leading jobs, but he is delighted this is not the case.
Since moving from Newcastle United to Selhurst Park, where he plied his trade as a player, Pardew has enjoyed a superb 12 months in charge.
A win over reigning Premier League champions Chelsea on Sunday would see Palace move back into fifth place, and Parish believes that incredible rise is largely down to the manager, insisting he would not be surprised to see big teams show an interest in him.
